Privacy Policy
BirthdayGlow AI (“the App”) is operated by RadSta Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, why it is processed, which service providers may receive it, how long it may be retained, and what rights and choices you have.
1. Data controller and contact
BirthdayGlow AI is operated by RadSta Solutions.
radstasolutions@gmail.com
2. Information we process
2.1 Photos and generated portraits
When you use the portrait-generation feature, the App processes:
- A photograph selected from your device or taken using your camera.
- The selected portrait style and generation options.
- Optional information provided by you, such as age, birthday wishes, or a custom scene description.
- The AI-generated portrait returned to the App.
The App may perform face detection locally on your device to verify that the selected image contains a suitable face.
To generate a portrait, your photograph and generation instructions are transmitted securely to our Cloudflare-based processing service and then to OpenAI’s image-generation API.
We do not intentionally store submitted photographs or generated portraits in our own persistent cloud database. They are processed in transit to provide the requested generation service.
Cloud infrastructure and AI service providers may temporarily process content, technical metadata, or logs for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service operation, and legal compliance.
OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring information for a limited period or longer where required by law or when content is flagged for safety review.
2.2 Device and technical information
The App and our processing service may process:
- A pseudonymous device identifier.
- IP address.
- Device type and operating system information.
- Request status and technical error information.
- Free portrait usage counters.
- Rate-limiting and abuse-prevention counters.
- Product identifiers and purchase status.
We use this information to enforce the free portrait allowance, prevent automated use, fraud, and abuse, protect the service, diagnose errors, and validate portrait credit purchases.
2.3 Purchase information
Portrait pack purchases are processed by Google Play. RevenueCat is used to retrieve product information and verify purchase status.
Google Play and RevenueCat may process transaction and order identifiers, purchased product identifiers, purchase status, country, currency and price information, a pseudonymous application user identifier, and information needed to validate eligible purchases.
We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details.
2.4 Birthday calendar and notifications
If you use the birthday calendar, the App may store a person’s name, birthday date, an optional local photograph or photograph path, and notification preferences locally on your device. This information is used to display saved birthdays and schedule local reminders. It is not intentionally uploaded to our servers.
2.5 Information stored locally
The App may store generated portrait history, copies of selected or generated images, language and application settings, free portrait usage status, purchased portrait credit balance, pending generation reservations, birthday calendar information, and local notification settings on your device.
The App maintains a limited local history of generated portraits. You can delete individual portraits or clear the portrait history from within the App.
3. How we use information
We process information to:
- Generate AI portraits requested by you.
- Validate photographs before generation.
- Return and display generated portraits.
- Deliver purchased portrait credits.
- Enforce the free portrait allowance.
- Prevent fraud, automated use, and service abuse.
- Diagnose technical problems and maintain service security.
- Display local portrait history and schedule birthday reminders.
- Comply with legal obligations.
For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the applicable legal bases may include performance of a contract, consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may transmit limited information to service providers necessary to operate the App:
- OpenAI — AI image generation and content-safety processing.
- Cloudflare — secure request routing, infrastructure, rate limiting, and abuse protection.
- RevenueCat — product information and purchase verification.
- Google Play — payment processing and purchase management.
We do not sell your personal information. The App does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising.
We may disclose information if required by applicable law, a valid legal request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security and integrity of the service.
5. International data transfers
Some service providers may process information in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, international transfers are handled using appropriate legal or contractual safeguards.
6. Data retention
Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it within the App, clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, or it is automatically removed as part of the App’s local history limits.
A pseudonymous device identifier and free usage count may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to enforce the lifetime free portrait allowance. IP address and safety-related counters may be retained temporarily for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service protection.
Google Play, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain transaction, technical, or safety information according to their policies and applicable law.
7. Data deletion and user rights
Most App information, including portrait history, birthday calendar information, settings, and portrait credit balance, is stored locally on your device.
You can delete generated portraits from within the App. You can delete all locally stored App data by clearing the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App.
Clearing App data or uninstalling the App will also permanently remove locally stored portrait credits. These credits cannot currently be restored automatically.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and submit a complaint to a data protection authority.
To submit a request, contact radstasolutions@gmail.com. We may require information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant device, request, or Google Play transaction. Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction verification, or enforcement of the lifetime free allowance.
8. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to your camera, photographs or media, device storage, and notifications. These permissions are used only to provide the corresponding functionality. You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings.
9. Photographs of other people
You must have the necessary rights and permission to upload any photograph submitted through the App. If a photograph contains another person, you are responsible for ensuring that person has consented to the processing.
If a photograph contains a child, you must be the child’s parent or legal guardian or have lawful authorization from the parent or legal guardian.
10. Children’s privacy
BirthdayGlow AI is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where required by local law. Children may not use the App or submit personal information without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child’s information was submitted without proper authorization, contact radstasolutions@gmail.com.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. Photographs, generation instructions, and other requests are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no electronic transmission, processing system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. No advertising sale or profiling
We do not sell personal information. The App does not currently display third-party behavioral advertising or use personal information to build advertising profiles.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, service providers, processing practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will indicate the most recent revision.
